• Exhibition design and fabrication
• Interior design solutions
• Retail branding and store design
• Civil project management
• Consultation and design brief services

3. Payment Terms

1. A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to commence any project.
2. Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in project proposals.
3. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Additional charges may apply for scope changes requested by the client.
5. Final payment must be cleared before project handover.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on current conditions and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions and seasonal factors
• Material availability and supply chain delays
• Client decision-making and approval processes
• Regulatory approvals and permits

5. Client Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate project requirements and specifications.
2. Ensure timely approvals for design proposals and material selections.
3. Provide access to project site as required.
4. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
5. Communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and intellectual property created by AT Associate Delhi remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for the specific project only.

7. Limitation of Liability

AT Associate Delhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the project value.

8. Termination

1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
2. Client termination will require payment for work completed to date.
3. Company termination will include refund for uncompleted work.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used solely for project communication and service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

11. Amendments

AT Associate Delhi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
